Weeks 1-6 · Gather
QR codes around the community let residents scan and share photos, stories and artwork anytime, all season long.
Weeks 7-9 · Craft
Interviews are written, pages designed, and the association previews the full edition before anything prints.
Weeks 10-11 · Print
Made to sit on a coffee table for three months, not in a bin by evening.
Week 12 · Deliver
Tower by tower, before the quarter turns. Then the next season begins.
Beyond The Page
Every story continues past the paper. A small code beside each article opens the full moment on your phone.

The magazine is fully funded by a small number of carefully chosen advertisers, the kind your residents already know and use. Not a rupee from the association or residents.

The association sees the complete edition before print. Every advertisement sits beside a resident's interview and a child's drawing. If it would look out of place there, it does not go in.
